Where I can Find Happiness

Keep Smiling
Happiness is not just a feeling but an essential element of one's health. We may do our work as we do it always but when we are happy, We find our work enjoyable and do it effectively and wholeheartedly. Happiness is a great blessing and more often we encounter people who is not satisfied in life, rather unhappy and tired.
The reason why most people find life boring or full of grief is due to their desires and material wants. Today we live in a world full of race and competition and we run after unnecessary things in order to ascend to another level of competition, harder and brutal than before. If only we knew to stay grateful to God and under all circumstances we would have found it easier for us to relieve our burdens and rely on God for accomplishment of our aims. Even though if we fail we need to be thankful to Him and ask from Him betterment and His mercy. What I mean by this is that, we need to find satisfaction in little things of life. Maybe I won't be able to but a luxury car but I know I have at least a small vehicle that is enough to fulfill my purpose. Also if some damage happens to it I won't grieve much as I would grieve if a scratch would disfigure the look of my Ferrari or Porsche. This way I would not be performing a deal of happiness but that of grieve and great responsibility, triggered by my want of being seen as a successful rich man.
Happiness does not come about by running after something. It can be attained by achieving an aim or as an outcome of a surprise. But what keeps that joy eternal is your thankfulness and satisfaction over your accomplishment. If you say a 'little more' then you are being ungrateful and thus your achievement cannot benefit you because you did not consider it, in a sense, an achievement.
What can be another reason is that, when a grief comes upon a person, he does not suffer in the way he was meant to suffer. If a person loses someone or something, he must feel a pain and tears are obliged to flow. He must feel separation and remember it quit often. But things turn up when elements of hate mix up with his grief. He becomes angry with life and questions the destiny. It makes him to forget about the other blessings that he still has left with him. He turns blind towards them, neglects them and hates them. This makes things terrible and seriously wrong.
It is much difficult to handle situations like this and one must try to comfort and give lessons of patience for such a person repeatedly. It must be made understood to him that

So remember to be grateful and thankful in what you have. Find enjoyment in small things of life like being able to walk in the garden, talking to your family, speaking to your loved ones, in eating home cooked food, early morning walk and all other small simple things.
